The calendar allows you to:
see John Willcox's schedule
add an appointment on any given day.

Open Calendar

To open the calendar site in a separate window, click here.

Toggle: Toggle between the calendar and this calendar help by
clicking between the windows or using Alt+Tab.

Select a Date

1. Each date on the calendar is a link. To enter an appointment
for a certain day, click the calendar date.

Navigate: Navigate at the top of the Calendar allows you to a select
a different month.

2. Does an appointment already exist for the desired day?
a) If no appointment exists for that date, continue to step 3.
b) But if an appointment already exists for that date, click Create.

Edit: Only certain users can Edit event.

Enter Your Appointment

3. Type your note into the Calendar Text box.
4. Click an appointment Start Time and End Time (include
AM/PM)
5. Click the Submit button below to enter the event to the
calendar.
6. Click View Calendar to return to the calendar screen.
